Highlights of Gardening Scotland 2007

The colour and fragrance of the Floral Hall
The Highland Hall was once again transformed into a blaze of colour with exhibitors, many straight from Chelsea Flower Show and from all over the country. Exhibitors had on show plants and flowers never before seen in Scotland, that were there to be purchased and taken home.

Distinctive Crafts and an outstanding Food Fayre
Hand in hand with our gardening interests were two other major visitor attractions – an outstanding and unique craft fair, which brought together a host of talent, many handcrafted themselves and all with crafts unique to the buyer. Add to that a hand picked team of exhibitors in the Food Fayre, many offering samples on the day and the opportunity to experience new produce,

Wendy Barrie made a welcome return with her Summer Cooking at the Gardening Scotland cookery demonstration theatre. Please click here to download the recipes.
