Making a Purchase

Advance tickets can be purchased on the Gardening Scotland website or by phoning Gardening Scotland on 0131 333 0965 and are subject to a 50 pence booking fee per ticket.

Full price tickets will be available to purchase on the gate.

Group bookings (orders of 10 or more tickets) or VIP ticket bookings should be made by contacting the Gardening Scotland office on 0131 333 0965 as these orders are processed separately.

When booking online:

Online bookings will be accepted until midnight on Wednesday 29^th May 2013.

Advance tickets for Gardening Scotland are processed through Eventbrite. We accept all major credit/debit cards which are processed on our behalf by PayPal, a secure server. Your account is debited by PayPal at the time you place your order and providing the transaction has been successful, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail from Eventbrite on behalf of Gardening Scotland which will include your e-ticket(s). If you do not receive the Order Confirmation e-mail please contact the Gardening Scotland office on 0131 333 0965.

When booking over the phone:

Phone bookings will be accepted until 5pm on Friday 24^th May 2013.

Advance tickets for Gardening Scotland are processed through Eventbrite. We accept all major credit/debit cards which are processed on our behalf by PayPal, a secure server. Your account is debited by PayPal at the time you place your order and providing the transaction has been successful, you can choose to (a) receive an Order Confirmation e-mail from Eventbrite on behalf of Gardening Scotland which will include your e-ticket(s), or (b) have your ticket(s) posted to you.

If we suspect that any booking has been made fraudulently, Gardening Scotland reserves the right to withhold the order and the relevant authorities will be informed.

Postal delivery:

Gardening Scotland aim to mail tickets out by second class post within 10 working days however unavoidable delays may occur. If you require your tickets by a specific date, please make sure to order your tickets well in advance and notify us at the time of booking. We cannot be held accountable for postal delays/problems.

Refund Policy

Advance tickets are non-refundable unless purchased as part of a group booking on an agreed sale or return basis. Friday tickets can be used on any one day of the Show. Saturday and Sunday tickets can be used on either Saturday or Sunday only.

Credit Card Security

All payment card details are encrypted by PayPal software when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any website nor or they passed on to Gardening Scotland.

Privacy Policy

In purchasing advance tickets for Gardening Scotland, you agree that you may receive information from Gardening Scotland in the future. Your details will not be passed to third parties.*

*Email addresses only of those online bookings that choose to be entered into the GreenThumb prize draw will be passed to GreenThumb for marketing purposes.
