Making a Purchase

All advance ticket orders are subject to a £1.00 booking fee (NB: this is per order, not per ticket).
Advance tickets can only be purchased until the date specified. After that, they will be available to purchase on the gate at full price.
Group bookings (orders of more than 10 tickets) should be made by contacting the Gardening Scotland office as these are processed separately.

When booking online, Gardening Scotland accepts all major credit/debit cards which are processed on our behalf by Secpay, a secure server. Your account is debited by Secpay at the time you place your order and you will receive a receipt e-mail confirming that the transaction has been successful. If you do not receive this receipt e-mail, please try again later or contact the Gardening Scotland office. 

If you wish to book by telephone, please call the ticket hotline 0131 333 0965 (lines are open Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 17.00pm). We accept all major credit/debit cards. Please note that the telephone lines can get very busy during the last week of the advance ticket booking period and therefore early booking is recommended.

If booking by post, cheques should be made payable to Gardening Scotland.

Delivery Policy

Gardening Scotland aim to mail tickets out by second class post within 7 working days. We cannot be held accountable for postal delays/problems. If you require your tickets by a specific date, please make sure to order your tickets well in advance and notify the Gardening Scotland office at the time of booking.

Please note that while we aim to offer a quick turnaround in processing and distributing your tickets, unavoidable delays can occur, particularly in last week of advance ticket bookings when there are a large number of orders placed. 

Gardening Scotland reserves the right to ask any customer to collect their tickets on arrival at the Show.

If we suspect any booking has been made fraudulently, we reserve the right to withhold the order and the relevant authorities will be informed.

Returns Policy

Advance tickets are non-refundable unless purchased as part of a group/coach booking on an agreed sale or return basis. Friday tickets can be used on any one day of the Show. Saturday/Sunday tickets must be used on either Saturday or Sunday only.

Credit Card Security 

All payment card details are encrypted in the software by Secpay, a secure server, when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any website nor or they passed on to Gardening Scotland.

Privacy Policy

In purchasing advance tickets for Gardening Scotland, you agree that you may receive information from Gardening Scotland in the future. Your details will not be passed to third parties.
