Travel by Car

From Edinburgh city centre

The Royal Highland centre is situated just off the A8 to the west of Edinburgh. Follow signs for the showground taking the slip road towards Edinburgh Airport.  Travel along Eastfield Road and turn left at the roundabout at the Hilton Hotel. Follow the directions on the AA signpost boards.

From the West

At the Newbridge roundabout, follow signs for Edinburgh city centre, A8 and the Airport.  Look out for the AA signs and turn left into the West gate entrance of the Showground. 

From the North

Once over the Forth Road Bridge, follow the signs for Edinburgh Airport and join the M9 spur.  Follow the AA signs and enter the showground via the West gate.
